• DHCP, DNS and WINS - These basic network services can save you valuable time and money should troubleshooting issues arise.  Having your DNS internal to your network rather than having a 3rd party control it will save you time should domain issues arise.

• Terminal Services - A Microsoft technology that lets users remotely execute Windows-based applications on a terminal server. Applications run entirely on the server. The server transfers only the user interface, keystrokes, and mouse movements between the server and client machines.
• Usage Reports - Compiling usage reports on Internet traffic from your network can not only be very beneficial you your business, it is essential for some.  When Internet traffic passes through the Proxy server, it is logged to a text file where reporting tools are used to compile reports.  Increase productivity prevent liabilities by ensuring Internet usage is not abused.
