In November of 1999 I decided I wanted to create a company based around an Internet job-search website that addresses a niche market. At that time I had no idea where to begin and I knew that I wanted to move quickly and establish myself in this niche market before anyone else did. Based on the referral of a friend of mine, I contacted Intrcomm in Basalt Colorado.

The personnel at Intrcomm met with me and guided me through all the steps necessary in establishing my presence on the web, including developing an interactive website based around their standard Site Management Console product. In less than four months the site was launched. Since the time of the launch, unforeseen operational and sales issues have required hundreds of changes to be made. Some of these changes required immediate action and Intrcomm never once failed to amaze me with the speed and accuracy that they were able to complete these changes.

I have an engineering degree and early in my professional life I wrote software, therefore I can quickly evaluate whether people have true technical talents, or are able to "fake" their way along. Jason, Dustin, Roger, Chad, Noel and Ben (the Intrcomm staff that I work with) are some of the best you will ever find anywhere. Their technical skills are complemented by an endless supply of energy and enthusiasm towards their jobs.
